Nous recherchons un ingénieur expérimenté en biologie moléculaire pour travailler sur nos différents projets.

Le candidat serait impliqué dans :
1) La construction de nouvelles souches d’E. coli et de bactériophages, exprimant en particulier des marqueurs fluorescents.
2) Élaboration et mise en œuvre de protocoles pour les expériences de séquençage en profondeur (préparation de l’ADN, analyse de séquences).
3) Le suivi des nouvelles avancées dans les procédures de clonage (par ex. utilisation de CRISPR/Cas9) et leur mise en œuvre dans le laboratoire (élaboration de nouveaux protocoles).
4) L’entretien de l’équipement nécessaire à la biologie moléculaire et à la microbiologie de base.

We are looking for an engineer with experience in molecular biology, to work on our different projects.

The candidate would be involved in :
1) The construction of new strains of E. coli and bacteriophages, in particular expressing fluorescent reporters.
2) The development and implementation of protocols for deep sequencing experiments (DNA preparation, sequence analysis).
3) The follow-up of new advances in cloning procedures (e.g. using CRISPR/Cas9) and their implementation in the lab (development of new protocols).
4) The maintenance of the equipment required for molecular biology and basic microbiology.

Engineer in Biophysics, five-year position

We are looking for an engineer with a background in physics or biophysics to work with us on our different projects involving microscopy and microfluidics.

1) The design and implementation of new microfluidic devices.
2) The optimization of videomicroscopy experiments, maintenance of the microscopes, development of new imaging strategies (instrumentation).
3) The analysis of images from videomicroscopy experiments using our BACMMAN software (https://doi.org/10.1038/s41596-019-0216-9), development of new analysis strategies in collaboration with Sabilab.
